It did, however meet my needs as a backup unit.It was able to deal with a 200W light load, but anything over that and it struggled. It will also run a very small motor, like a coffee grinder. It is also much smaller than described. I was pretty surprised when I opened the box. Actual size is 5.75 x 1.75 x 3.5" In conclusion, it's adequate for light tasks and worth it's bargain price.
