This is one of the greatest bags I have found for a low price of 20$$. Its about a medium size bag with two exterior pockets on the side, and the interior is great. It does have two inside pockets, One on the back and one on the front! Great for storing bandages. On the inside back pocket, the front has 5 smaller slots for scissors penlight or other objects. This is a great bag and I really like it. I use it for emergencies (Certified FA/CPR AD/AED) and it fits all my supplies perfect (4 large bandages, scissors, 5 different kinds of small bandages, 1 large gauze, 2 small gauze, 1 large waterproof bandage container, burn pads, 2 rolls or cloth tape, and 1 no cohesive tape) the external holds all my gloves on one side, and diabetes kit for diabetics on the other side.
Overall great bag!

If requested ill make a video!!

I bought this thinking it was bigger. It's a good size for a personal first aid kit but I was looking for an emergency response bag to hold a lot more items. It's small size is not it's fault though. It clearly has the dimensions listed but I failed to pay attention.

5.0 out of 5 stars Rotcho Orange EMS Bag, April 15, 2012

This is a first responder/first aid trauma bag. It is not designed for professional EMS paramedic use. We (paramedic personnel) use heavier duty bags that are much larger and constructed of thicker materials, which are foam/sponge lined 1000 denier polyester and/or hard plastic cases like Pelican or Flambeau. If you are looking for professional grade EMS bags, look at brands like UniMed, Ferno, Iron Duck, StatPacks or MedPac. Keep in mind, they are not cheap, running anywhere from $150 to over $500.

That said, for what it is, this is a well laid-out and compact bag. It is suitable for first responders or as an advanced first aid/trauma kit that can be carried in your vehicle and/or set up as a "build your own" disaster/EMS bag for your home.
