I got these for my fiance because we kayak a lot and he generally does all of the paddling in our 2-person kayak. His hands get beat up and before I got him the gloves, he would be blistered and sore for the next few days. Since using the gloves, this problem has been alleviated. Even when wet, the fabric doesnt rub uncomfortably which is a huge plus. They provide just the right amount of cushion to protect his hands.
