I bought this a couple weeks ago and really like it. The texture is good (I'm no expert, but it seems good to me). It's held up well, although the wall has creaked some when I get on it. Can't really blame the board for this, but be careful to do a good job on the install. Also, I'm about 275lbs so if it can hold me it will probably hold most people.I've been doing this 10 min at a time or so a couple days a week and I can really notice a difference in my forearms. You can do some bicep training and ab work with it too, but forearms and grip strength is really where it excels.
