I own three of these, I bought one for a Ruger P95, nice fit. The other is for an AR. The third one I keep in my pocket.As far as build quality I give it a B+ to A- I recommend for home defense and tacti-cool users Light is extremely bright, 120 to 150 lumen, Laser - WHAT can be expected for a red 3-5mw, usable ONLY in low or no light situations. (PS) works well with Gen I night vision - ARE YOU LOOKING FOR Day use laser? Get a green 20mw MADE IN CHINA, YES, It is a shame that a US firm can't compete in this price range. A US company could build this with (probably) the same quality if not better for the exact same price point, but our time is worth more than other country's-WTF? I received the light in good shape, and everything seemed to be pretty decent. The LED light is super bright, and the laser works very well. Unfortunately, I quickly realized that the old mantra "You get what you pay for," was absolutely right. I paid $59 bucks for mine, and am bitterly dissapointed. I'll get right to the point: The locking rails are a cheap polymer, and the rail on the "Knurled Screw" side is approximately 1/2 inch. Bottom line, when I tried to mount this thing on my Glock 23, 4th gen, the dang thing went on, but when tightend down, the whole contraption skewed off to the right. Because the rail on the screw side is so small, and does not run the length of the laser, it CANNOT be tightened down evenly. When looking at the weapon from the top down, the light appears to be at least 5 degrees off center and CANNOT be adjusted to compensate......oh and looks terrible. The only way to keep this thing straight on the weapon is to not tighten it, and then it blows... All things considered, this is THE Ultimate budget accessory. I've owned one of these for over a few years now and I never had any real complaints, but did have an idea or three for improvement. So here I am, trying to replace my unit because let's face it, at this price I didn't expect it to last forever... and behold: they've somehow read my mind and fixed every issue I thought could use improvement. I would have recommended this device before, but now that it's new and improved I Highly recommend it.I had the unit mounted on my M-4 and it never failed me up until it failed me permanently. It took quite a bit of abuse from myself and the recoil of my weapon which saw thousands of rounds through it during its mating to this ETG laser+light. The flashlight is surprisingly bright and the laser is very acceptable at night and maintains a good zero, but unfortunately not visible in the daylight.
